Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

The Courier to whom your order will be entrusted undertakes to deliver in accordance with the times indicated below:

Express Delivery Italy: delivery within 1-3 working days.
EU delivery: delivery within 3-7 working days.
All other destinations: delivery within 15 working days.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days. For some remote areas within the shipping countries, it is not possible to guarantee the delivery of the order within the times indicated.

Delivery times are subject to product availability and payment approval. The time required may also vary in relation to the shipping location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

During the payment procedure, on the shipping page, you will be asked to provide a telephone number which is important because it will allow the Courier to contact you if additional information is required to make the delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order has been placed. You may also be asked to provide the intercom code in order to facilitate delivery.

A signature on delivery may be required and, for this reason, we invite you to enter a shipping address at which you will be present that day.

Customs duties

Shipments from all our warehouses do not include customs taxes. Therefore, any customs or import fees will be charged once the package reaches its destination country. If present, these expenses must be paid by the customers. Customers take full responsibility for all return shipping costs, customs fees and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.

Please note that under customs regulations, Swing Brothers & Co. Srls cannot declare items purchased as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
